Can the mugs be personalised?

Yes, we have a range of personalised mugs available. If you'd like to personalise any other standard design we offer, please get in touch to let us know what you want, it's not a problem.

Do you sell mugs that don't feature the word cunt?

All of our mugs feature the c-word in some form or another, but some don't directly say it. Designs like the See You Next Tuesday and Charlie Uniform November Tango are examples of this. We can also create a custom mug for you that doesn't have anything to do with the c-word.

I want to use my own design or photo, how do I do that?

Our Create-a-mug starts off blank, so we can add your own design to it. If you don't have a design already, no problem, just get in touch, describe what you'd like, and we can design it for you!

Are there any special deals available?

Are the mugs dishwasher-safe?

Yes, our mugs are fine whether you wash them by hand or stick them in the dishwasher.

Can I put the mugs in the microwave?

Yes, if you need to reheat your coffee to bring it back to life, or make a cup of soup, you are all good to use the microwave.

Do the mugs come in a box?

Yes, each mug is supplied in a white card box, so is super easy if you want to wrap them as a gift.

Dispatch & Delivery

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is free. We also have a range of express options if you need your cunt mug in a hurry, you can read more about it on our delivery information page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery takes 2-5 working days after dispatch, express delivery takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.

How long does it take to dispatch my cunt mug?

We don't want our customers waiting around, all orders are dispatched within 1 working day, and many orders are dispatched on the same day.

How will I know when it is dispatched?

You will receive an email when your mug is on the way. This will contain tracking information if you chose a tracked service. If you cannot see your dispatch notification, please check your spam folder, some email providers are not a fan of the word cunt!

How is it packaged?

We take the environment seriously here at Cunt Gifts. Your order will be sent out in an FSC Certified cardboard box. To keep your mug or gift safe and secure, the box will be padded with either fully recyclable air cushions or bio-degradable packaging chips made of potato starch.

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

Please contact us and let us know if your order does not arrive within the scheduled timeframe. We will investigate and get the issue resolved in a jiffy.
