Is the packaging discreet?

Don’t worry — it won’t say “cunt” on the outside.

Your parcel will show it’s from C Gifts, so it’s totally safe to get delivered to your workplace, your shared house, or even your nan’s front door.

We’re fast. All orders are dispatched within one working day — and if you order before 1pm, we’ll usually get it out the same day, even if it’s personalised.

Your order can be with you super quick — it just depends on the delivery option you pick at checkout.

Our express tracked services can get your order to you in as little as 1–2 working days, while free delivery takes around 3–5 working days — but hey, it costs absolutely fuck all.

If you’re not in a mad rush, the free option’s solid. Want it quicker? Just go for one of the upgrades.

Is it tracked?

It depends on the delivery option you choose at checkout.

Free delivery doesn’t always come with tracking, but if you go for Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, you’ll get updates by email — and text alerts too, if you pop your mobile number in at checkout.

It’s especially handy if you're sending something direct to someone, because you’ll know exactly when it arrives.

If you’ve chosen a tracked service, you can follow your parcel’s progress using the tracking link in your order confirmation email, or by logging into your account here.

Can I send it directly to the recipient?

Yep — just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout, and yours as the billing address. We’ll send it straight to them, no problem.

Do you offer gift notes?

Yes! The easiest way to add a gift message is to include a card with your order — and we can write your message inside it for you.

Thanks to our 3 FOR 2 offer, as long as you’re ordering a couple of bits, the card basically costs you nothing — we’ll write in it for free, no fuss.

If it’s not for a specific occasion, our General Cunt Cards are perfect — they’re just funny, blunt, and brilliant for any situation.

Do you include receipts or prices in the package?

Nope — all prices and receipts are sent to you by email. There’s no paperwork in the parcel, so it’s gift-safe. You can read more about this in our Sending Direct Guide.

Do you deliver internationally?

We ship worldwide, just not to the EU (thanks, Brexit).

It’s become way too unreliable, expensive, and messy to guarantee happy customers over there — so we’ve paused EU shipping for now. As soon as things calm down, we’ll be back.

Personalisation

Can I personalise my order?

Absolutely. We’ve got a full range of personalised cards and gifts, where you can add names, ages, or cheeky custom messages. You’ll find personalised mugs, personalised cards, and even personalised gifts like aprons, coasters, and more.

If you want to change one of our existing designs — or mash two together (like one design on the front of the mug and another on the back) — just order something from our Create Your Own collection and let us know what you’d like.

Will you print anything I ask for, even if it’s outrageous?

Have you seen our website? We’re not easily shocked.

That said — we don’t print anything racist, homophobic, or hateful. We’re rude, not vile.

Most of our personalised items have a box on the product page where you can add the name, age or message before you add it to your basket. If you’re ordering a Create Your Own product, you’ll be able to write instructions in the “Order Notes” box at checkout.

Can I request a different colour, font, or layout?

Yep. When you order from the Create Your Own collection, you can choose from a range of fonts and request colour or layout tweaks. Just pop your instructions in the order notes — try to make it as clear as possible so we can get it just right for you.

Can I add personalisation to both sides of a mug?

Can I add personalisation to both sides of a mug?

Yes — just order a Create-A-Mug and use the order notes to tell us what you want. For example, you can say “Front = Abracadabra design, Back = Chief design” and we’ll combine them for you.

Can I add a photo or picture to my order?

Yep! Just email your image to info@cuntgifts.com along with your order number — and make sure you write in the order notes that you’ve sent a photo, so we know to keep an eye out.

We’ll reply if there are any problems — but please check your spam or junk folders, because email addresses with the word “cunt” in them don’t always land in the main inbox.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible using the Contact Us page.

During business hours (9am–6pm, Mon–Fri): your personalised item may enter production within 30 minutes — so be quick.

Outside of business hours: there’s more time — we won’t start on your order until the next working day.

Once production has started, we won’t be able to make changes.

Are personalised items refundable?

Once a personalised item has been made, we can’t offer refunds unless there’s been damage or an error on our end. That’s why it’s important to double-check your details before placing the order — and review your confirmation email afterwards just to be safe.

Returns and Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes — if you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Just make sure the item is unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging in place.

How do I return a product?

Easy. Just contact us and we’ll let you know the next steps.

Are returns free?

No — you’ll need to cover the return postage. We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on all orders going out, so if you change your mind, the return is on you.

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised items can’t be returned unless there’s a mistake on our part. If we’ve made an error with your customisation, we’ll sort it out quickly and at no cost to you.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once your return has arrived back with us and been checked, we’ll process your refund within one working day.

From there, it depends on your payment method:

Card Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay): Usually takes 2–5 working days to show back in your account.

PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 24 hours, but may take up to 3 working days depending on your bank.

Klarna or other Buy Now, Pay Later services: Klarna will update your balance once we’ve processed the refund. You’ll get an email from them when it’s done.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re on it. If your order turns up damaged or something’s wrong, just get in touch and we’ll put it right. We may ask for a photo so we can fix things fast.

Can I exchange an item instead?

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you're welcome to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Nope — you don’t need to do anything extra.

When you place an order, our system automatically creates a customer profile for you. This just makes it easier for you to keep track of things — like checking your order status, reviewing past purchases, or getting in touch if something goes wrong.

There’s no password to remember, and you don’t need to log in unless you want to. But if you ever do, it’s quick and simple.

How do customer accounts work?

Customer accounts are created automatically when you place an order — you don’t need to set anything up. If you ever want to view your past orders, track a delivery, or update your details, you can log in quickly and securely without a password.
