There are a few reasons it might not be working:
Wrong email address: Make sure you’re entering the same email address you used when you placed your order. If you use a different one, we won’t recognise it.
Expired link: The login link we send is only valid for a short time. If it’s expired, just request a new one by logging in again.
Spam folder: Check your junk or spam folder — the email sometimes ends up there.
No account yet: If this is your first time ordering, your account may not exist yet. It’s created automatically once you place an order using your email.
