INFORMATION ABOUT SENDING DIRECTLY TO A RECIPIENT
Can I order and send it directly to someone else?
Sure, there is space when you checkout to enter a separate billing address and delivery address.
If I send it directly to someone will a receipt be included?
No, if you add a separate billing and delivery address no receipt will be included.
Can I include a gift note?
Yes, add a message in the “Special instructions for seller” at checkout and we will include a printed message in your order free of charge.
Can you write in a greeting card for me?
Yes, if you include a greeting card in your order we can write the message for you. Our cards are supplied in a cellophane wrapper with an envelope included. If you are sending it directly to someone and write a message at checkout in the “Special instructions for seller” box, it will be removed from the cellophane and sealed in the envelope.
Can I be notified when the recipient receives the card or gift I send them?
Yes, if you select either Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 as a delivery option. If you include your own mobile phone number and email address you will receive a delivery notification.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?
All orders are dispatched within 1 working day. For example, if you order on a Tuesday it will be dispatched on a Wednesday. When your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification email. If you have not received this within one working day, please check your spam folder (as it will contain the word cunt).

What shipping methods do you offer and how long do they take to arrive?
All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail. We offer Standard, Express and Tracked Services.
FREE BASIC DELIVERY – This service takes 4-5 working days (after dispatch) and does not include tracking, delivery options, in-transit updates or delivery confirmations.
1st Class Royal Mail – This service takes 1-2 working days (after dispatch) and does not include tracking, delivery options, in-transit updates or delivery confirmations.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – This service takes 2-3 working days (after dispatch). It includes full tracking with SMS & email delivery options, in-transit updates and delivery confirmations.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 EXPRESS – This service takes 1-2 working days (after dispatch). It includes full tracking with SMS & email delivery options, in-transit updates and delivery confirmations.
