Your parcel will show it’s from C Gifts, so it’s totally safe to get delivered to your workplace, your shared house, or even your nan’s front door.

We’re fast. All orders are dispatched within one working day — and if you order before 1pm, we’ll get it out the same day, even if it’s personalised.

Yep — just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout, and yours as the billing address. We’ll send it straight to them, no problem.

Yes! The easiest way to add a gift message is to include a card with your order — and we can write your message inside it for you.

Nope — all prices and receipts are sent to you by email. There’s no paperwork in the parcel, so it’s gift-safe. You can read more about this in our Sending Direct Guide.

We use Royal Mail for all of our services — standard, tracked, and express.
We don’t use Evri, so rest assured your order won’t be launched over the garden fence or left in your wheelie bin the night before it’s emptied.
How long will it take to arrive?

Your order can be with you super quick — it just depends on the delivery option you pick at checkout.
Our express tracked services can get your order to you in as little as 1–2 working days, while free delivery takes around 4-5 working days — but hey, it costs absolutely fuck all!
If you’re not in a mad rush, the free option’s solid. Want it quicker? Just go for one of the upgrades.

Yes — we offer free UK delivery on everything. It usually takes 3 to 5 working days to arrive.
Need it sooner? We’ve got upgrades available at checkout, including tracked and express tracked options if you’re in a rush.

If you chose a tracked service like Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, here’s how to track your parcel:
Tracking link: Found in your dispatch confirmation email.
Email updates: Sent directly from Royal Mail with delivery details.
SMS alerts: If you entered your mobile number at checkout, you’ll get text updates too — including reschedule and safe-place options.
You can also check your parcel’s status any time by logging into your account here.
Please note: If you selected Royal Mail 1st Class, this is not a tracked service. If you chose Free Delivery, tracking may not be included — it depends on what you ordered and how it’s being sent. You’ll be able to see if tracking is available via your dispatch email or your account as mentioned above.

Here’s the rundown of our UK delivery options via Royal Mail:
FREE BASIC DELIVERY – Takes 4–5 working days after dispatch. No tracking or updates.
1st Class Royal Mail – Takes 1–2 working days. No tracking.
Tracked 48 – Takes 2–3 working days. Includes full tracking, in-transit updates, and delivery confirmation by email and SMS.
Tracked 24 EXPRESS – Takes 1–2 working days. Also includes full tracking and delivery updates by email and SMS.

If you selected a tracked service like Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, start by checking your dispatch confirmation email — it includes a tracking link and shows the delivery address you entered at checkout. It’s worth double-checking that the address is correct.
We quote estimated delivery times at checkout for each service. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we’ll investigate. We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries and find them extremely reliable, but occasionally things can go astray.

We ship worldwide, just not to the EU (thanks, Brexit).
It’s become way too unreliable, expensive, and messy to guarantee happy customers over there — so we’ve paused EU shipping for now. As soon as things calm down, we’ll be back.

It depends on where you’re sending it and how big your order is. The total cost and options will appear automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

We quote estimated delivery times at checkout based on the country and shipping service you choose. Most international parcels arrive within that window — but occasionally, things can take longer due to customs delays or slower handover between countries.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, it’s worth first checking your order confirmation email to make sure the delivery address you entered is correct — especially if it’s being sent to someone else.
